DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

We ship to the majority of the world. The best way to find out is to add something to your basket and go to checkout, if your country is not available, you will be told there.

If for some reason we have difficulties delivering to your country, you will receive a full refund.

Please note: We do not ship to Puerto Rico. If you manage to place an order I’m afraid that we will have to refund you.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping varies depending on stock availabilty and can be affected by the current pandemic. However, below is a guide:

South Africa: 5-7 business days
Europe: 7-10 business days
USA: 10-20 business days
Rest of the world: 10-20 business days

Please note: This is the estimated time of delivery, once dispatched.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS CHARGES?

If you are ordering from outside of South Africa then you may incur customs charges or import fees. Unfortunately, this is not included in our fees and we cannot be held responsible for any extra charges. You agree to this term when submitting your purchase.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

If for some reason you are not happy with your order, then you can return it. Items must be returned in the condition that they were originally sent, unwashed, and not damaged. If we deem that they are not in the original condition, we will send them back to the customer. We do not cover the cost of returning items unless proof of damage has been sent via email. We are not responsible for any return items lost in transit, so we recommend you sending them via tracked mail. Please reach out to us via the support page to arrange a return.
